KQD General Terms & Conditions
Please take time to read the following in its entirety to completely understand the terms and conditions of our services. You are solely responsible for reviewing our terms and conditions prior to submitting request to have work performed.
ACCURACY OF SPECIFICATIONS: Estimates are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided to us by you, the customer. All price quotes given virtually (text, email, phone, etc.) are not guaranteed and pricing and is subject to change.
If we discover after accepting the job or vehicle that modifications need to be made, we will notify you immediately, at which time a decision will be made whether there will be additional costs and how you wish for us to proceed. We make every effort to quote a job accurately; but in the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify you if there will need to be cost adjustment or if delays will result.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TERMS OF PAYMENT, LEGAL FEES, AND DISPUTES: The customer agrees to make full payment prior to the release of the products and/or vehicle. The vehicle or products will not be released until full payment has been processed accordingly. This is not an expectation contract and we are not responsible for buyers’ remorse. By accepting the product or vehicle you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory. You are responsible for inspecting the product and/or vehicle upon receipt. Killer Queen Detailing conducts a final walk through where the customers shall identify to us any dispute concerning the qualify of the service. Killer Queen Detailing will make every effort to remedy claims deemed legitimate.
Please remove personal belongings inside of your vehicle prior to service. Killer Queen Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind related to the sale, installation or deliver of our products.
Selection of vehicle size is subject to KQD discretion. Please inquire with KQD if you are unsure of vehicle size prior to booking.
KQD is not responsible for any acts of God after rendered service. Please note that pre-existing conditions of vehicles can vary greatly between customers and results are based on non- permanent type damage to your vehicle. KQD cannot guarantee the complete removal of embedded stains or debris of interior. KQD will not be liable for any repercussions if customer requests unbolting and removing of the seats to clean interior. KQD will not detail liner of interior unless requested by the customer to clean interior. Bug extractions are not guaranteed to eradicate pest problem. Continued maintenance of the infestation may be necessary. Sun spots and burned dash/trim/upholstery is not reversible and cannot be treated with an interior detail. We will do our best to lighten the effects of the burn. Vehicle oxidation and water spots may not be completely reversible by a detail.
Permanent water spots/oxidation may need to be re-painted by an auto body shop if the oxidation and/or water spots have eaten through paint. Water spots on the glass may also be irreversible and may need full replacement by customer if KQD is unable to reverse. KQD will always, to the best of our ability, fulfill any and all requests however results are not guaranteed. Our
Shine n Ship service guarantees your vehicle ships or your money back. This limited warranty will cover the vehicle for 48 hours after the vehicle is turned over to the customer. This limited warranty will be voided by any acts of God, negligence or other instances where customer chooses to use the vehicle for recreational purposes. KQD cannot handle any hazmat material.
By signing this agreement, you authorize Killer Queen Detailing to take and release photos for advertising purposes. Killer Queen Detailing will take all precautions to hide personal information.
PAYMENT TERMS: Killer Queen Detailing collects a 25% refundable deposit to book a detailing appointment and a non-refundable deposit for tint appointments. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your appointment. This fee is applied to the balance of your service on the day of your appointment. Payment is due in full upon release of the vehicle. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis. If the deposit it not paid at the time of booking, we reserve the right to book that time spot and your appointment may be cancelled. We accept cash or any major credit card. If paying by cash, please bring exact change as we do not hold cash on premesis and do not always have change.
We do not accept checks. We require 48 hours prior to your appointment date to reschedule or cancel your appointment or your deposit may be non-refundable. A 10% retention fee will be applied to all credit card refunds to cover our processing fees.
If you have a gift card, promo code, gift certificate, etc., please let us know BEFORE we check you out. We will not redeem any certificates or the like after we process the payment. You may use your certificate on your next visit.
Promotions: We do not stack promotions unless otherwise specified. You may use one discount or promotion per service. This is to include but is not limited to advertised discounts, military or first responder discounts, promotional gift cards, etc. Discounts will not be honored on membership packages, to include all discounts or deals.
VEHICLE INSPECTION/CONDITION: Killer Queen Detailing will complete a pre and post-inspection the day the car is delivered and alert the customer of any concerns prior to work being performed and after the vehicle is serviced. KQD will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Please note that upon service, often times new damage is discovered after removal of dirt layer on the exterior of the vehicle. Customer will be contacted if this happens immediately. KQD will conduct a full car walk through after services are rendered to ensure job satisfaction.
CONTENT: We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason at any time.
KQD FIXED LOCATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: There is no waiting area. Please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your vehicle. We will provide you a one hour window prior to your vehicles completion for pick up. Depending on location, we may be able to offer drop off & pick up service. Please note that our drop off/pick up service applies to one person. We cannot transport families and/or children in car seats. Due to liability issues, we are unable to drop off or pick up vehicles. Please inquire prior to your appointment as this service is not guaranteed. KQD cannot keep your vehicle overnight. Your vehicle must be picked up by 5p unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance. Vehicles not picked up by 6p may need to pick up the next day. Any vehicles left in our possession overnight without our prior consent or notice will be subject to a $50/day storage fee. Our address will be provided after the deposit is paid.
DROP OFF & PICK UP SERVICE: We offer a complimentary drop off and pick up service for customers residing or working in the 96706 & 96707 zip codes only. This service MUST be requested and confirmed by KQD prior to your appointment, availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed. We do NOT accept same day requests. This service is for ONE (1) person. We will not transport multiple people per family, children and/or animals. Please see our general terms & conditions for more information.
If the service is unavailable, please be prepared with an alternate method of transport to and from our shop after you drop off your vehicle and picking it back up. KQD will be happy to assist with calling a ride share at the customers expense.
By using this service, you hold Killer Queen Detailing harmless from any and all damage to personal injury and property while in transport. Due to liability issues, we will not pick up or drop off vehicles. Not available for car wash memberships.
KQD Ceramic Coating Terms & Conditions: All KQD general and membership terms and conditions apply.
Customer must book a maintenance appointment annually, at the expense of the customer, as a minimum with Killer Queen Detailing to guarantee your warranty. Failure to schedule maintenance with KQD may result in your warranty being voided. All of our coatings 3 years and up will be registered with CarFax and will follow your vehicle for the life of your coating. Warranty applies to our 3+ year coatings on PAINTED areas. All other areas ceramic coated will not be warrantied and will last up to a year. Your initial package purchase comes with a Platinum level exterior, full paint correction and water spot removal. Customer understands that some level of maintenance is required by the customer along with an annual warranty renewal appointment at the vehicle owner's expense. Membership General Term & Conditions: All KQD general and membership terms and conditions apply.
This membership is prepaid, non-transferrable and non-refundable. You must purchase one per car. The car listed under the membership will hold the membership. Special circumstances will be considered and a new contract will be established between member and Killer Queen Detailing. Price paid is contingent upon normal wear/tear of vehicle use. Any excess dirt, debris, pet hair and/or sand, etc. may be subjected to an extra charge. Tax and tip is not inclusive in the membership pricing. A deposit is not required when making a membership appointment however, our cancellation and no show policy are in full effect.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance or you may forfeit that session. Although it is not required, tipping is always greatly appreciated. Killer Queen Detailing cannot handle any hazmat substances. This membership is pursuant to Killer Queen Detailing general terms and conditions.
Membership is limited to the original purchaser of the membership and the vehicle it was purchased for. It is non-transferable and non-refundable at any time.
All memberships require a card on file. If your card declines, there may be a 10% fee to re-enroll your membership. Please contact Killer Queen Detailing if your payment method needs to be changed. The first date your card is charged will be considered your first date of service and recurring charge for the plan selected.
Service Limitations Vehicle size selection is subject to KQD's discretion. KQD is not liable for acts of God after services are rendered. KQD cannot guarantee complete removal of embedded stains, debris, or oxidation. Results depend on pre-existing conditions and non-permanent vehicle damage. Unbolting or removing seats for interior cleaning and interior liner detailing are excluded unless requested. Bug extractions may require continued maintenance. Irreversible damage (e.g., sunspots, burned upholstery, deep oxidation) may need repair by an auto body shop. Water spots on glass may require replacement if irreversible by KQD. Service upgrades during an appointment may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.
Vehicle Inspection/Condition Pre- and post-inspections are conducted to identify concerns before and after service. KQD is not responsible for pre-existing damage. Newly discovered damage after dirt removal will be reported immediately.
Content KQD reserves the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason at any time. KQD conducts a final walkthrough to address disputes concerning service quality and will remedy legitimate claims. KQD is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in it due to fire, theft, accident, or other uncontrollable events. Consequential damages related to product sale, installation, or delivery are also not covered. Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicle before service. KQD will not be responsible for personal property.
Membership rules are subject to change without notice. Membership programs may be terminated anytime, with remaining sessions honored.
Ceramic Membership Membership Overview:
Valid for the registered vehicle only. This membership must be paid in full. If the customer is on a monthly plan, it cannot be cancelled until the full year is paid. If the customer cancels their membership for any reason without full payment, the regular price of services received will be due in full.
This package is designed for maintaining ceramic coatings installed by KQD. Options include the Monthly Plan (12 services/year) or the Quarterly Plan (4 services/year). Membership includes ceramic maintenance services and an annual renewal (for coatings installed by KQD).
Includes the following services:

Exterior Wash: Complete hand wash, including windows, rims, tires, and body.

Coating Hydration and Check: Rehydrate and inspect the ceramic coating.

Tire Dressing: Tire dressing for a glossy finish.

**Interior Care (Full Service only): Wipe down of hard surfaces, cleaning of interior windows, removal of light-medium debris, and spot cleaning or leather conditioning. Note: If upon assessment, your vehicle has excessive debris, stains, or requires additional labor beyond the scope of the package, an up-charge may apply.

All packages will come with one annual warranty renewal (interior is not included in this service)
KQD will honor up to two (2) missed services for appointments in each frequency. All other appointments do not roll over and will be forfeit if appointments are not made.

Note: If upon assessment, your vehicle has excessive debris, stains, or requires additional labor beyond the scope of the package, an up-charge may apply.
KQD will honor up to two (2) missed services for monthly appointments. All other appointments do not roll over and will be forfeit if appointments are not made. Bi-monthly appointments do not roll over. If customer misses two (2) or more appointments for monthly service, additional charges may apply to restart membership. If you miss your bi-monthly appointment, additional charges may apply to restart your membership.
Car Wash Membership Membership Overview:
Valid for the registered vehicle only; non-transferable. Includes weekly car washes (up to four sessions per month).
Includes the following services:

Exterior Wash: Windows, rims, tires, and body.
-
Ceramic Wax: Application of a protective ceramic wax coating.
-
Tire Dressing: Treatment to enhance the appearance of the tires.

**Ceramic Coated Vehicles**: Ceramic coated vehicles may take advantage of this membership. This membership will NOT come with an annual renewal. In lieu of wax, ceramic vehicles will receive a coating rehydration
Excluded services include:
Undercarriage cleaning, water spot removal, paint correction, clay bar treatment, polishing or sealing, interior vacuuming, cleaning, or shampooing, leather cleaning or conditioning, dash cleaning or conditioning, window water spot removal, ceramic coating or wax applications, and tire detailing or dressing. Additional charges may apply to add on services.
Services do not rollover. Any unused services for the month will be forfeit.
Flex Appointment Term & Conditions: All KQD general terms and conditions apply.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be offered if there are no available appointments within 30 days of your purchase. You may choose to extend your voucher another 30 days in lieu of refund if there are no available appointments. You may decline up to three (3) appointments within the 30 days. If you exhaust your three (3) requests, you will forfeit the amount paid and must purchase a new voucher. Flex Appointments can only be pre-purchased online through our website. Pre-bookings will not be honored using this discount. By purchasing this voucher, you understand that this is for our Flex Appointment program and can be contacted at any time for a last minute appointment. If you have selected the wrong vehicle size, you will be charged the difference in pricing on the day of your appointment. Please contact us if you are unsure what size vehicle you should purchase. A deposit is not needed to book this service however, our cancellation and no show policy will be in full effect. If insufficient notice is given or you are a no show to your appointment, the full amount of your purchase will be forfeit. Not all of our packages qualify for this discount. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. This purchase cannot be used as a credit towards another service. KQD is not responsible for having incorrect contact information. Please ensure you provide a valid email and cell phone number at the time of purchase.
BYO (Build Your Own) Detail – Terms & Conditions: All KQD general terms and conditions apply.
The BYO (Build Your Own) Detail is a time-based service only and does not guarantee the completion of any specific tasks or results. Customers may request preferred focus areas (interior, exterior, or both), but Killer Queen Detailing makes no guarantee that all requests will be completed within the booked time. The level of work achieved will depend on the vehicle’s condition, the time purchased, and the professional judgment of our staff. This service is not intended for ceramic coatings, and deep cleaning requirements such as heavy sand, embedded pet hair, mold, or full shampooing may exceed the booked time and incur additional charges or require rescheduling. Pricing is confirmed upon in-person inspection, and Killer Queen Detailing reserves the right to adjust, decline, or modify service if the condition of the vehicle is beyond the scope of the BYO Detail. By booking this service, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the BYO Detail is not results-based, that outcomes will vary, and that no refunds, discounts, or disputes will be honored based on dissatisfaction with the level of completion within the purchased timeframe.
After-Hours & Emergency Services – Terms & Conditions: All KQD general terms and conditions apply.
Killer Queen Detailing (“KQD”) offers After-Hours and Emergency Services on a limited basis, subject to staff approval and availability. These services are designed for urgent or priority vehicle care outside of normal business hours and are available only for eligible full-priced detailing services and ceramic coatings. Membership services, discounted packages, and promotional offers are excluded. Additional fees apply to all After-Hours and Emergency Services, with pricing based on vehicle size, service type, and urgency. Payment must be secured in full prior to confirmation, and all fees are non-refundable. Once booked, these appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred, and fees will not be refunded for no-shows or late arrivals. Customers are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup, as transportation is not provided. Vehicles requiring excessive deep cleaning (such as heavy sand, pet hair, mold, or full interior shampooing) may be declined at staff discretion or assessed additional charges. Discounts, coupons, and membership benefits do not apply. All standard Killer Queen Detailing Terms & Conditions also apply, and KQD is not responsible for pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or conditions outside the scope of the booked service. By booking an After-Hours or Emergency Service, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Privacy & Data Collection Notice
Killer Queen Detailing collects information such as your phone number or email in order to contact you regarding estimates, invoices, bookings and other business communications and promotions. By submitting your information you are agreeing to receive messages from Killer Queen Detailing on various intervals depending on your appointments schedules and followup reminders and that data rates may apply. If you choose to unsubscribe from our communications, KQD will not be responsible for missed appointments and/or other important information relayed.
SMS Terms & Conditions: By subscribing to Killer Queen Detailing LLC SMS services, you agree to receive text messages from us. Killer Queen Detailing LLC will send SMS messages to communicate with customers on the status of the projects they have requested to provide a better overall customer experience. To opt-out of receiving messages, reply with “STOP” at any time-please note by reply STOP, you will no longer receive appointment confirmations and reminder texts. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories mentioned above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
1)Text / SMS Marketing
If you choose to opt-in to SMS communications from Killer Queen Detailing LLC , you will receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages might be automated and might include promotional offers, coupons, and/or information related to Beyond Menu or our affiliated restaurants, as well as information related to your orders and account.
2)Consent to Receive Automated Messages
You understand that consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Killer Queen Detailing LLC' services. Messages may include but are not limited to, order confirmations, updates, and special offers.
3) Frequency of Messages
Message frequency may vary based on your orders, account activity, and ongoing promotions. You will receive messages relevant to
your transactions and occasional promotional updates.
4) Opt-Out and Support Options
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting "STOP". Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from us. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm your that you have unsubscribed. Should you wish to re-subscribe, you may text "START' to receive SMS messages again. 5) Wireless Carrier Rates and Services
Wireless carrier message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6) Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your mobile number. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, for operational purposes, your name and mobile number may be shared with our service providers who assist in the delivery of our SMS communications. These providers use your personal information solely to carry out the services they provide to Killer Queen Detailing LLC .
