Getting Ready For Your SHOP Appointment!

​Our shop is located INSIDE the Hawaii Self Storage at Kapolei West. We have a commercial storefront within the facility.

Please contact us at 808-466-3765 once you arrive at the gate, we will let you in.​

We currently DO NOT have a waiting area. Please arrange to drop off and pick up your vehicle. We will provide you with a one hour window prior to your vehicle's completion.

If you work or reside in the Makakilo, Kapolei or Ewa Beach areas, we may be able to offer drop off and pick up service. Please inquire prior to making your appointment.

We cannot pick up or drop off your vehicle for liability purposes​

Drop off service is for one person only. We cannot transport families or animals. Please make prior arrangements if you will have children with you and need a ride.

Vehicles will need to be picked up by 5p unless prior arrangement with KQD have been made and approved. Vehicles not picked up by 5p may need to be picked up the next business day. KQD will not keep vehicles overnight. Vehicles left overnight may be subject to a storage fee.
