Mobile Service & Fixed Location Servicing

Our Kapolei shop is currently being renovated. During this time, we are offering an alternative fixed location service for those who cannot accommodate our mobile service. Our fixed location service will still be in Kapolei. Please contact us directly at 808-466-3765 for more information!

Getting Ready For Your MOBILE Appointment!

Our mobile service will service up to 15 miles from our shop address (2009 Lauwiliwili Street, Kapolei) and is FREE with the use of water & electricity.

Others outside of the 10 mile radius, we will service FREE under the following conditions:
- You book two (2) or more vehicles for our Platinum Full Service Package
- Platinum Plus Full Service
- 5 Year or Lifetime Hybrid Graphene Ceramic Coating Packages

If you are unable to provide us with electricity & water, there will be a surcharge. Please let us know BEFORE your appointment if you require us to supply our own so we may come prepared.

If you are in an apartment, condo or business, written consent from the owner or property management may be needed for KQD to conduct business. Please inquire with us prior to making your appointment.

A covered garage or carport is mandatory for our ceramic coating services (we must be able to work inside of it). If a garage cannot be provided for regular detailing services, a safe area must be provided and it will need to be able to accommodate a pop-up tent and have our vehicle parked close by. Please let us know if we need to bring our popup tent prior to your appointment.

Please ensure our workspace is safe and free of all personal property. If KQD cannot service for any reason, your deposit will be forfeit.

Getting Ready For Your Fixed Location Appointment!

Our address will be provided after your deposit is paid. Our fixed location is located in Kapolei.

We DO NOT have a waiting area. Please arrange to drop off and pick up your vehicle. We will provide you with a one hour window prior to your vehicle's completion.

If you work or reside in the Makakilo, Kapolei or Ewa Beach areas, we may be able to offer drop off and pick up service. Please inquire prior to making your appointment.
- Drop off service is for one person only. We cannot transport families, multiple people or animals. Please make prior arrangements if you will have children or others/pets with you and need a ride.

Vehicles will need to be picked up by 6p unless prior arrangement with KQD have been made and approved. Vehicles not picked up by 6p may need to be picked up the next business day. KQD will not keep vehicles overnight without prior approval. Vehicles left overnight may be subject to a storage fee and/or may be parked in street parking to accommodate.
