KQD General Terms & Conditions

Please take time to read the following in its entirety to completely understand the terms and conditions of our services. You are solely responsible for reviewing our terms and conditions prior to submitting request to have work performed.

ACCURACY OF SPECIFICATIONS: Estimates are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided to us by you, the customer. All price quotes given virtually (text, email, phone, etc.) are not guaranteed and pricing and is subject to change.

If we discover after accepting the job or vehicle that modifications need to be made, we will notify you immediately, at which time a decision will be made whether there will be additional costs and how you wish for us to proceed. We make every effort to quote a job accurately; but in the event of unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify you if there will need to be cost adjustment or if delays will result.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TERMS OF PAYMENT, LEGAL FEES, AND DISPUTES: The customer agrees to make full payment prior to the release of the products and/or vehicle. The vehicle or products will not be released until full payment has been processed accordingly. This is not an expectation contract and we are not responsible for buyers’ remorse. By accepting the product or vehicle you are accepting the job as complete and that the performance is satisfactory. You are responsible for inspecting the product and/or vehicle upon receipt. Killer Queen Detailing conducts a final walk through where the customers shall identify to us any dispute concerning the qualify of the service. Killer Queen Detailing will make every effort to remedy claims deemed legitimate.

Please remove personal belongings inside of your vehicle prior to service. Killer Queen Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind related to the sale, installation or deliver of our products.

Selection of vehicle size is subject to KQD discretion. Please inquire with KQD if you are unsure of vehicle size prior to booking. KQD is not responsible for any acts of God after rendered service. Please note that pre-existing conditions of vehicles can vary greatly between customers and results are based on non- permanent type damage to your vehicle. KQD cannot guarantee the complete removal of embedded stains or debris of interior. KQD will not be liable for any repercussions if customer requests unbolting and removing of the seats to clean interior. KQD will not detail liner of interior unless requested by the customer to clean interior. Bug extractions are not guaranteed to eradicate pest problem. Continued maintenance of the infestation may be necessary. Sun spots and burned dash/trim/upholstery is not reversible and cannot be treated with an interior detail. We will do our best to lighten the effects of the burn. Vehicle oxidation and water spots may not be completely reversible by a detail. Permanent water spots/oxidation may need to be re-painted by an auto body shop if the oxidation and/or water spots have eaten through paint. Water spots on the glass may also be irreversible and may need full replacement by customer if KQD is unable to reverse. KQD will always, to the best of our ability, fulfill any and all requests however results are not guaranteed. Our Shine n Ship service guarantees your vehicle ships or your money back. This limited warranty will cover the vehicle for 48 hours after the vehicle is turned over to the customer. This limited warranty will be voided by any acts of God, negligence or other instances where customer chooses to use the vehicle for recreational purposes. KQD cannot handle any hazmat material.

By signing this agreement, you authorize Killer Queen Detailing to take and release photos for advertising purposes. Killer Queen Detailing will take all precautions to hide personal information.

VEHICLE INSPECTION/CONDITION: Killer Queen Detailing will complete a pre and post-inspection the day the car is delivered and alert the customer of any concerns prior to work being performed and after the vehicle is serviced. KQD will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Please note that upon service, often times new damage is discovered after removal of dirt layer on the exterior of the vehicle. Customer will be contacted if this happens immediately. KQD will conduct a full car walk through after services are rendered to ensure job satisfaction.

 

CONTENT: We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason at any time.

KQD FIXED LOCATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: There is no waiting area. Please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your vehicle. We will provide you a one hour window prior to your vehicles completion for pick up. Depending on location, we may be able to offer drop off & pick up service. Please note that our drop off/pick up service applies to one person. We cannot transport families and/or children in car seats. Due to liability issues, we are unable to drop off or pick up vehicles. Please inquire prior to your appointment as this service is not guaranteed. KQD cannot keep your vehicle overnight. Your vehicle must be picked up by 6p unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance. Vehicles not picked up by 6p may need to pick up the next day. Any vehicles left in our possession overnight without our prior consent or notice will be subject to a $50/day storage fee. Our address will be provided after the deposit is paid.

DROP OFF & PICK UP SERVICE: This service is NOT available with car wash memberships.

Membership Term & Conditions:

This membership is prepaid, non-transferrable and non-refundable. You must purchase one per car. The car listed under the membership will hold the membership. Special circumstances will be considered and a new contract will be established between member and Killer Queen Detailing. Price paid is contingent upon normal wear/tear of vehicle use. Any excess dirt, debris, pet hair and/or sand, etc. may be subjected to an extra charge. Tax and tip is not inclusive in the membership pricing. A deposit is not required when making a membership appointment however, our cancellation and no show policy are in full effect. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or you may forfeit that session. Although it is not required, tipping is always greatly appreciated. Killer Queen Detailing cannot handle any hazmat substances. This membership is pursuant to Killer Queen Detailing general terms and conditions.

Killer Queen Detailing Car Wash Membership Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Coverage
   - The membership is exclusively valid for the vehicle registered at the time of purchase.
   - Membership is non-transferable and can only be utilized by the customer who purchased it.
   - **No commercial or fleet vehicles** are eligible for this membership. Please inquire for commercial or fleet pricing.

2. Service Limits
   - The membership entitles the customer to a maximum of one car wash per week, with a limit of four sessions per month, whichever is less.
   - Membership benefits are limited to the specific plan purchased.
   - Membership services cannot be applied as a credit toward other services.

 

3. Included Services
   - The membership includes the following services during each session:
     - **Exterior Wash**: Windows, rims, tires, and body.
     - **Ceramic Wax**: Application of a protective ceramic wax coating.
     - **Tire Dressing**: Treatment to enhance the appearance of the tires.

     - **Ceramic Coated Vehicles**: Ceramic coated vehicles may take advantage of this membership. This membership will NOT come with an           annual renewal. In lieu of wax, ceramic vehicles will receive a coating rehydration

4. Excluded Services
   - The following services are NOT included in the membership:
     - Cleaning of spokes.
     - Undercarriage cleaning.
     - Wheel well cleaning.
     - Water spot removal.
     - Removal of heavy caked-on debris.
     - Paint correction.
     - Clay barring.
     - Interior cleaning, including door jambs.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
   - All membership sales are final.
   - No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
   - Pre-payment is required in the form of recurring payments, which are due on the 1st of every month.
   - **No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of the membership**.

6. Booking and Cancellation
   - Customers are responsible for booking their own appointments through the Killer Queen Detailing booking website during available times.
   - A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
   - In the event of a no-show, the session will be forfeited without the option for a makeup session.
   - Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability.

7. Service Conditions
   - While an initial exterior detail is not mandatory, it is highly recommended before your first membership appointment.
   - Killer Queen Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed excessively dirty.
   - Initial package discounts may be available before signing up for a membership package. Please inquire for more details.
   - Customers must select the correct vehicle size during registration. Killer Queen Detailing reserves the right to adjust the vehicle size category and corresponding pricing if the incorrect size is selected.

8. Upgrades and Additional Services
   - Service upgrades during an appointment may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

9. Program Terms
   - Membership rules are subject to change without prior notice.
   - This is a pilot program and may be terminated at any time with notice.
   - If the program is terminated, Killer Queen Detailing will honor any remaining appointments for the current month.

Killer Queen Detailing Ceramic Maintenance Membership Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Overview
- Designed to maintain and protect ceramic coatings installed by Killer Queen Detailing (KQD).
- Membership options:
  - **Monthly Plan** (Exterior or Full Service): 12 services/year (11 ceramic maintenance + 1 annual renewal).
  - **Quarterly Plan** (Exterior or Full Service): 4 services/year (3 ceramic maintenance + 1 annual renewal).
- Annual renewal applies only to coatings installed by KQD.

2. Service Description
- **Exterior Wash**: Complete hand wash, including windows, rims, tires, and body.
- **Coating Hydration and Check**: Rehydrate and inspect the ceramic coating.
- **Tire Dressing**: Tire dressing for a glossy finish.
- **Interior Care** (Full Service only): Wipe down of hard surfaces, cleaning of interior windows, removal of light-medium debris, and spot cleaning or leather conditioning.

3. Excluded Services
- Does not include undercarriage cleaning, heavy water spot removal, heavy debris removal, paint correction, clay barring, or extensive interior cleaning beyond the service description.
- Exterior-Only Packages: Exclude interior services.
- Annual Renewal: Does not include interior detailing; can be added for a fee.

 

4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Pre-payment or monthly credit card on file required; not auto-renewed.

- Payment must be current during the month of booking prior to service rendered. 
- All sales are final; no refunds or credits for unused portions.
- Applies to the registered vehicle only; non-transferable.

- If your payment on file declines, there will be a 15% reactivation fee of the balance left on file to reinstate the membership.

 

5. Booking and Cancellation
- Members must book appointments via the Killer Queen Detailing website.
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
- No-shows result in forfeited sessions without makeup.
- Same-day bookings accepted based on availability.

 

6. Service Conditions
- KQD may refuse service if the vehicle is excessively dirty.
- Correct vehicle size must be selected during registration; KQD reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual size.

 

7. Upgrades and Additional Services
- Service upgrades may be possible but are not guaranteed.

 

8. Program Terms
- Membership rules are subject to change without notice.
- The program may be terminated at any time, with remaining sessions honored for that month.

Privacy & Data Collection Notice
Killer Queen Detailing collects information such as your phone number or email in order to contact you regarding estimates, invoices, bookings and other business communications and promotions. By submitting your information you are agreeing to receive messages from Killer Queen Detailing on various intervals depending on your appointments schedules and followup reminders and that data rates may apply. If you choose to unsubscribe from our communications, KQD will not be responsible for missed appointments and/or other important information relayed.
